FemHype offers a space for all women and nonbinary gamers to discuss, review, and visually share their love of video games. Whether you’re submitting an article, watching our videos on #FemHypeYT, chatting in the comments, or connecting through social media, FemHype aims to feature our voices within an inclusive environment intended for everyone. If you’re a video game enthusiast looking for a sense of community and support from friends both working in the industry and fans of it, this is the place for you!
Since opening its proverbial doors in December 2014, the FemHype community has grown to include a diverse, supportive readership of truly wonderful folks. Our publication has been recognized by a wide variety of industry leaders, most notably Feminist Frequency, Kill Screen, and Critical Distance. Further, IndieCade led the charge by featuring FemHype at the “Gaming For Everyone” Pavilion in 2015. This was an enormous honor, and one that marked the turning point for what was once a little known community in an ever-growing market. We’re delighted to be here, folks!
If all of this sounds like your kind of thing, check us out on social media. Don’t forget: submissions are always open. We’ll be sure to get back to you with all the details!
