Happy Sunday, friends! We have a little bit of a different loot haul to share with you this week. For all of the newcomers to the FemHype community, let us be the first to warmly welcome you! We’ve been meeting so many amazing people at IndieCade this weekend, and it’s been really special getting all of your feedback on all things games. Make yourself at home, because every Sunday, we’re bringing you the latest spaces in the gaming industry where we’re digging what they’re doing!
In the spirit of making new friends and pushing for positive change around these parts, Melissa has assembled a few super cool subreddits that we think will be right up your alley. Whether these communities are advocating for more diversity or mental health awareness, the overarching theme is the same: these spaces foster safe environments where all gamers can come together and discuss this medium we all love. We hope you enjoy reading their conversations as much as we have!
As always, if you know of an inclusive gaming space or games project you’d love to see promoted on our Sunday Loot series, drop us a comment below or check out our contact list! We’d love to hear from you, especially about new and exciting spaces where all gamers can hang out. ✌
